16 Cases of Swine Virus (A H1N1) in the Philippines Now!

It was confirmed already by the Department of Health Officials that four new cases bringing the a total of 14 cases of Swine Virus or A (H1N1) virus in the Philippines today. Health Secretary Francisco Duque said the two include a 51 years old female and a 21 years old male both of whom arrived in Manila last May 26.
.
Let us all take the necessary precautions in order to avoid the said Swine Virus. Be vigilant and as much as possible avoid having trips or travels in other countries. The total number of cases might increase in the next few days but let us all pray that this contageous disease will stop already and vanish in our country.
.
Let us all be clean and protect our body with a lot of vitamins, have a great sleep in order to gain the needed strength of our body resistance.

Are You Bored with Your Life as a Blogger!

Some of you will not agree because you will tell me that “Blogging is my passion blogging helps me to express my feelings and emotions with my entire life. Everytime I search on Google and found my blog there, I became happy!” But many of you will tell me..”yah, sometimes I feel that lack of thrill and excitement because everyday you’ll gonna think for what to topic or what to blog. Sa una lang masaya pero nakakasawa rin.”

These are the reasons that will lead you the way to the answer of “maybe because you are not destined to become a blogger”. Some of you may say that it is only a hobby or pastime but not a lifestyle. And yet, many of you will tell that you are serious about blogging and it is a part of your life…you wont live without your blog..so on and so on.
.
The reason for this post in to give some tips for those people or my friends here in blogosphere who feel the same way of answering the “title post” question..are you bored with your life as a blogger? These maybe simple tips but will help a lot in boosting your morale over the art of blogging.
.
1. Let your own personality shine. It only means that you must write a post coming from your heart. You should always act as if you were talking to a batch of people or even to your best friends telling them about you or what you did yesterday or what your likes and dislike. Some blogger became complacent and just want to tell the world that his/her blog is updated. It means that you are writing a textbook. But this is wrong because most people often read blogs because they want to be entertained, they want to hear opinions, they want to relate with the different stories of life. In conclusion, sometime put a funny stories about your blog. Put interesting topics that will trigger the people to always visit your blog and appreciate your opinions and insights. This is also what I'm doing with my other blog now! Here's the link...

2. Allow comment. Self explanatory..isn’t it? It is one great mistake of a blogger by not allowing his/her audience to comment. It is very important to hear the voice of your reader ,n such a way that you will get the fulfilment and satisfaction of what you have written. You may not always like what they have to comment, but their crisitism will help you a lot in gaining some lessons and relating in their lives too. Create an interesting discussions with your followers. Is it great to have a feeling of…wow! Pinagkakaguluhan ang topic ko?”

3. Use pictures, images or even funny cartoons or icons. This is what I did with some of my post. I inserted a lot of pictures so that all of you will relate to my stories. Adding pictures or videos with the content of your posts is important so that your readers will connect on you on a more intense level.Let say my experience in Anawangin Cove in Zambales, I let everyone see how beautiful the island is and how exciting to go there. See many of you now want to go there and experience what I got in spending there my summer vacation. Just be sure that you will not post nudity or for adult content only..well it depends if most of your readers want that pictures or videos.

4. Ask Questions. Don’t be so nurd or autistic as if you own the whole blogging internet world. As if you don’t care what to post. Ask the readers to participate. Ask them they want from you to be featured in your blog. They will be more likely to come back if you will let them to be a part of your blog. Everyone has a unique opinion or ideas that will help you a lot to improve your blog and to spice your blogging career.

Use these great tips to avoid boredom with your blog . A boring blog is one that pains people to read. It is a waste of time and why should I waste time for a blog that owned by a boring individual. There are lots of blog there with interesting topics to read. Keep in your mind that successful blogs will make people laugh, think, contemplate, and gain useful information. So what are you waiting for, stand up for a while, take a deep breath and redress your blog now to avoid being boring of doing it.

Swine Virus (A H1N1) Already in the Philippines!

Lubos akong nabahala at natakot sa nabalitaan ngayon sa tv hingil sa pagdating ng A H1N1 Virus o iyong tinatawag nating Swine Virus. Matatandaan natin na nagsimula ang nakamamatay na virus sa bansang Mexico, hangang sa ito ay kumalat sa iba't ibang bansa. Ngayon nandito na sa Pilipinas.

Inihayag kahapon ni Department of Health Secretary Francisco Duque and unang insidente ng Swine Virus sa Pilipinas. Isang 10-year-old na babae kasamang umuwi ng magulang sa Pilipinas galing sa isang bansa na may kaso ng nasabing virus.

Dumaan sa iba't ibang pagsusuri at examinations ang bata hangang sa maconfirmed na carrier nga ito ng Swine Virus. Ngayon at binibigyan ng ibat ibang gamot ang bata upang ito ay gumaling. Base sa huling report, nawala na ang lagnat at ubo ng bata ngunit mayroon pa rin itong sore throat.

Ngayon nalaman na natin na nandito na ang virus sa bansa, ano nga ba ang dapat nating gawin. Dapat ba tayong matakot o magsawalang bahala. Dapat lamang na maging alerto tyo ngayon at ating alamin ang mga precautionary measures upang maiwasan natin ang sakit na ito.

Maghugas mabuti ng kamay, magpalakas, kumain ng tama, matulog ng husto, uminom ng mga bitamina, umiwas sa mataong lugar ang ilan lamang sa mga mungkahing nabasa ko. Ang pinakaimportante dito ay ang magdasal sa Poong Maykapal na gabayan tayo at patigilin ang pagkalat ng nasabing virus.

Ngayon, saan ka magsisimula? Ano ang gagawin mo kung isang araw paggising mo, nasa lugar nyo na pala ang nasabing Swine Virus?

Katrina Halili and Hayden Kho Video Scandal

Maiinit-init na balita lingid sa pagkalat ng video scandal ni Katrina Halili at ng dating kasintahan na doctor ni Vicky Belo na si Hayden Kho, ngayon balita sa SNN (Showbiz News Ngayon). Nakakaawa lang tingnan ang babae dahil sa pagkalat ng video na ito. Ayon sa dalaga, lubos na naapektuhan ang kanyang pamilya hinggil sa isang malaking issue na kinasangkutan nya.

Ngayon ay minumungkahi ni Senator Bong Revilla na tanggalan ng lisensya bilang doctor si Hayden Kho kaugnay sa escandalong ito. Lubos lubos ring nasasaktan ang kasalukuyang kasintahan ni Katrina Halili na si Kris Lawrence sa kinasangkutan ito ng dalaga. Nataon pa na magrerelease ng bagong album ngayon ang lalaking singer at ang latest single nya ay ang kantang "Careless Whisper", na mismong kantang inaawit nina Hayden at Katrina sa video...tsk tsk tsk!
