Are You Bored with Your Life as a Blogger!

Author: admin // Category: ,
Some of you will not agree because you will tell me that “Blogging is my passion blogging helps me to express my feelings and emotions with my entire life. Everytime I search on Google and found my blog there, I became happy!” But many of you will tell me..”yah, sometimes I feel that lack of thrill and excitement because everyday you’ll gonna think for what to topic or what to blog. Sa una lang masaya pero nakakasawa rin.”
.
These are the reasons that will lead you the way to the answer of “maybe because you are not destined to become a blogger”. Some of you may say that it is only a hobby or pastime but not a lifestyle. And yet, many of you will tell that you are serious about blogging and it is a part of your life…you wont live without your blog..so on and so on.
.
The reason for this post in to give some tips for those people or my friends here in blogosphere who feel the same way of answering the “title post” question..are you bored with your life as a blogger? These maybe simple tips but will help a lot in boosting your morale over the art of blogging.
.
1. Let your own personality shine. It only means that you must write a post coming from your heart. You should always act as if you were talking to a batch of people or even to your best friends telling them about you or what you did yesterday or what your likes and dislike. Some blogger became complacent and just want to tell the world that his/her blog is updated. It means that you are writing a textbook. But this is wrong because most people often read blogs because they want to be entertained, they want to hear opinions, they want to relate with the different stories of life. In conclusion, sometime put a funny stories about your blog. Put interesting topics that will trigger the people to always visit your blog and appreciate your opinions and insights. This is also what I'm doing with my other blog now! Here's the
link...
.
2. Allow comment. Self explanatory..isn’t it? It is one great mistake of a blogger by not allowing his/her audience to comment. It is very important to hear the voice of your reader ,n such a way that you will get the fulfilment and satisfaction of what you have written. You may not always like what they have to comment, but their crisitism will help you a lot in gaining some lessons and relating in their lives too. Create an interesting discussions with your followers. Is it great to have a feeling of…wow! Pinagkakaguluhan ang topic ko?”
.
3. Use pictures, images or even funny cartoons or icons. This is what I did with some of my post. I inserted a lot of pictures so that all of you will relate to my stories. Adding pictures or videos with the content of your posts is important so that your readers will connect on you on a more intense level.Let say my experience in
Anawangin Cove in Zambales, I let everyone see how beautiful the island is and how exciting to go there. See many of you now want to go there and experience what I got in spending there my summer vacation. Just be sure that you will not post nudity or for adult content only..well it depends if most of your readers want that pictures or videos.
.
4. Ask Questions. Don’t be so nurd or autistic as if you own the whole blogging internet world. As if you don’t care what to post. Ask the readers to participate. Ask them they want from you to be featured in your blog. They will be more likely to come back if you will let them to be a part of your blog. Everyone has a unique opinion or ideas that will help you a lot to improve your blog and to spice your blogging career.
.
Use these great tips to avoid boredom with your blog . A boring blog is one that pains people to read. It is a waste of time and why should I waste time for a blog that owned by a boring individual. There are lots of blog there with interesting topics to read. Keep in your mind that successful blogs will make people laugh, think, contemplate, and gain useful information. So what are you waiting for, stand up for a while, take a deep breath and redress your blog now to avoid being boring of doing it.

Sandra Seifert is Miss Philippines-Earth 2009

Author: admin // Category: , ,
.

I’m not into beauty pageant blogging, but due to the request of my friend, who is a beauty queen here in our city and also a beauty pageant fanatic, and since I don’t have something to post now, that’s why I granted her request to feature the latest result of Miss Philippines-Earth 2009.
.
A 25-year-old Filipina-German nurse and a fashion model from Negros Occidental was crowned Miss Philippines- Earth 2009 last night, May 10 televised at ABS-CBN.
.
Sandra Seifert, bested 49 other candidates from various cities and provinces all over the Philippines. She will represent the Philippines for the Miss Earth 2009 pageant this coming November.
.
If we will recall, Seifert puts into limelight and became controversial when she was disqualified by Binibining Pilipinas when she posed sexy for a men’s magazine.
.
She impressed the judges with her answer to the final question “with global environment changing, what would you like to change in yourself that will make you a better pro-environment person?’’ She answered that she became aware of environmental issues when she joined the said contest, adding that her basic awareness to the problems would help in the protection of the environment.
.
Miss Philippines- Earth held annually to search for the most beautiful Filipina who will promote environmental campaigns and who will address issues regarding saving our environment. The winner also serve as the spokesperson for the Miss Earth Foundation and other environmental organizations.

.
Aside from Seifert, Grezilda Adelantar was named Miss Phillipines Eco Tourism and Miss PAGCOR; Miss Philippines Fire is Patricia Marie Tumulak from Quezon City; Miss Philippines Air is Michelle Martha Braun of Aklan and Miss Philippines Water is Catherin Loyola of Sydney, Australia.

Happy Mother's Day

Hello Tweetter! I love Twitter now!

Author: admin // Category: , , ,

.
Last month, when I started blogging and making post entries, I met a lot of friends while blogging. As I passed and visited their blog, I've noticed a small icon with a bird until I found out the this is the Twitter.com that Tweet Tweet. So if you are a Twitter user, some people will call you a Tweetter. Para sa kaalaman ng lahat, specially those who are new with Twitter. Isa itong social networking site (like Friendster, Facebook and MySpace) that will allow you to add and follow friends and collegues not only in the Philippines but also around the world.
.
Nabasa ko rin ang isang article na Twitter can also a source of money. Actually this is my 1st time to post with regards to making money online.
.
Sooner or later, I will share you on how to increase your followers at Twitter.com, im just compiling all my research and studies with regards to this issue. Because the more follower the more chance that you can gain big traffic at your site and more chance of making money from your site/blog.
.

Attention: Credit Card Users

Author: admin // Category: , , , ,
.
.
Kasi may karagdagan charge yun. Give and take relationship rin yan.
.
Maging mapagkumbaba kapag nasa store at gumagamit nito. Marami kasi akong nakikitang feeling mayaman..halagang P300 pesos credit card pa gagamitin tapos magagalit kapag nadecline.

Don't Send Gift Too Soon!

Author: admin // Category: ,

.
Attention-Warning!!! WHEN SENDING GIFTS..DONT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!!!
.
It’s true that everyone like to receive gifts or thoughtful mementos during a new relationship, but BE CAREFUL when using this strategy. It"s DOOMED TO FAIL IF YOU DO IT TOO SOON.
.
It’s very important that before using "Send Gifts" as a Love Tactics, you have created uncertainly about the feelings toward the one you want. Then and only then can you send a small memento of your affection- to revive their hopes.
.
A short note or small gift is good, just be sure its vague and non-committal. The fact that you’re sending it at all shows you care. But never send mementos too early in relationship, or if the person is already over-confident about your feelings toward them. This will only cause them to lose respect for you, or even worse, consider you a fool!!!
.
Remember..passion thrives on insecurity. Before you make their day with a nice token of your affection, be sure that they’re in the throes of doubt about whether you like them or not. Otherwise they may just pity you!. Its better not to use this Love Tactic unless you’re absolutely certain about their state of mind. Don’t guess on this one!
.
It can cost you a relationship!!!

Credit Card Debts

Author: admin // Category: , , , ,
The world is in the brink of a global economic crisis. This is the same reason why yuppies as well as people here in the Philippines are rushing and there to find a place where they can get credit card application. Two choices is what you have if you are interested to apply for a local credit card here in the Philippines and will name both below but since I do not have any resource yet on where you can contact them, might as well search online.
.
The first place and best choice if you are looking for credit card in the Philippines and anywhere in the world you may be are banks. Here in the Philippines, the different banks and credit card companies are Metrobank, Citibank, Eastwestbank, BDO, BPI, Standard Chartered, HSBC and Bankard. So far, these are the major players in the credit industry. With these banks, all you have to do is to fill up an application form and submit it for approval. Of course you also have to pass certain criteria wherein the basis is weighed more from your salary bracket.
.
The second choice for you if you are looking not to spend time or do not have one for your credit card application are the different credit card agencies. All you have to do is to provide information about yourself from basic salary to the type of job and for how long you have been working in your company and other relevant information. From there, the credit card agencies will be the one to handle everything from processing to the fill up of form to the submission of your application.
.
With a credit card agency, the process may all take by phone or using a fax machine. There is also a bigger chance that you will have your credit card application approved if you go for this method because sometimes, if your salary bracket cannot get in the basic limit of credit card companies, they will be the one to handle the adjustments in order to have your application approved easier.
.
Both way of applying for a credit card however may also be done online. The lesson here is when you already grab the credit card, be wise in spending it and at the same time manage all your expenses. It might be a nightmare for you if one day, youll gonna wake up in the morning with no money to pay all your bills and banks are hunting you to pay all your outstanding debt.

Call Center Lifestyle in the Philippines

Author: admin // Category: , , ,
Yuppie Filipinos get the chance to be employed easily once they obtained their bachelor or diploma degrees because of the emergence of contact centers everywhere in the Philippines. These workers started to fill the 24-hour skyscrapers that gives a colorful background to metro Manila's financial districts at nighttime.
.
This only shows that people employed in this job for a couple of years were used to on their ticking biological sleeping habit. They slept all day long just to regain their strength and wake up again at the wee hours to prepare themselves for a nightlong work. Clad in casual attire with matching fashionable coats are the most common props if you are a customer service representative. During break time some even used to occupy the al fresco various dining areas in Manila. In Ortigas for instance, call center agents enjoy their 30-minute to 1 hour break at McDonald's, Starbucks, among others. For those who have extra pennies, they enjoy the hot aroma of Brazilian coffee in various blend. Others may sit on the corner and lit up their cigarette in a way of releasing their stress from work. It is enjoying isn't it?
.
At 8 pm. about 100 people, most 25 younger, sit in a room of enclosed cubicles outfitted with phones and computers. They'll be working until 4 am. or depends on the schedule of their shifts. As their shifts starts, it is usually morning in the US. These contact centers are following US standard zones such as Pacific, Eastern, Mountain and Central.
.
Meanwhile, 20-year-old Luisa Geneta disclosed that call center is her first job when she finished her bachelor's degree on May 4, 2007. At 12 am., Geneta left her house in Tondo, a suburb village in Manila, as her shift starts at 2 am. This Banking and Finance graduate from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) is one of the top caliber representatives for Unique Interaction, an American call center based in Ortigas.
.
“Working in a call center in the Philippines is really a big challenge for me especially that I'm new to this business. I spent most of my time and energy on this job,” she said, who handles an inbound account.
.
It is a very risky to leave my house at midnight for a young lady like me. However, I consider that this is the most rewarding career that we have nowadays and this will be a big help in creating another means of livelihood for us Filipinos especially for fresh graduates like me, she claimed.
.
On the other hand, Margaret Estanislao, 19, a team leader of the same company, disclosed that placing the agents into action challenge her in keeping her job.
.
Estanislao, who started as an agent added that they tried everything in sorting out the problem of the customers. “We need to maintain our empathy if the customer is upset. They are pissed and upset not because of the representatives but to the products itself”.
.

Both Geneta and Estanislao agreed that this job has given them the opportunity to enhance their skills and boost their confidence when it comes of interaction with their clients in a phone-to-phone conversation.
.
“Not to mention the financial aid that it gives to me and my family. I think this industry will continue to prosper in the succeeding years and it will continue to be one of the leading providers of career opportunities for Filipinos,” Geneta further said.
.
It cannot be denied that outsourcing business is one of the most flavored industries in the Philippines and other Asian countries. It appears that contact center executives preferred this country because of the number of students produced every year, which can speak English in American way. As the third largest English-speaking country in Asia no doubt that business process outsourcing is in demand today.
.
BPO companies provides a state-of-the-art equipment in outsourcing their business in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. These companies trained their employees to speak like American way. In Unique Interaction, they provide fundamental call center training before the call center trainees will be allowed to take calls. The trainees has to learn account information first. Once they know the account then they are deployed ready on the floor and receive as many calls as they want. The company also teach their employees on how to handle their customers well. It is so hard to lose a customer, we know that they are considered as the lifeblood that gives full stream of support to make the company up and running and stay on the business for long.
.
The fact is call centers are part of the Philippine economic activity. Almost half of the 86.2 million people in the Philippines are younger than 20 years old. So don't be surprised if you will be able to meet supervisors, team leaders, managers below 25. This is because that call center has the fastest way of promoting a career development. If the agent is performing better and receiving good CSAT ratings then no doubt that within six months or less than, this certain employee is entitled to move to another level in his or her career path. The Philippines is also one of the potential factors for outsourcing. It has been also forecast by the XMG Inc., Manila-based research and advisory firm that the nation will surpass India by 2008 as home to the world's largest call center companies.
.
The Philippines offers attractive environment for the BPO companies, which is one of the key requirements by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (Peza) in applying for this business. Even now big contact center firms also expanded their centers not only in Manila but targeting the provincial levels. So it means, the revenues will not only take place within the National Capital Region (NCR) but it will also circulate to the provincial areas after passing the standard set by the Peza. Largest call centers are also found operating in Pampanga, Laguna and Baguio in Luzon; Bacolod, Cebu, Dumaguete and Iloilo in the Visayas; and Cagayan de Oro and Davao in Mindanao.
.
The Philippine Government is very supportive to this. Under the administration of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, she said that BPO companies will generate billions of pesos in the country with target by 2010. When it starts to operate in 2000, now off-shore call center industry estimates to employs 60,000 people.

Buhay ng Isang Jologs na Yuppie

Author: admin // Category: , , , ,
.
.
PG..na kung PG..as in patay-gutom..walang pakilalam..marami akong pera eh.
.
Malakas ang loob kasi may hinihintay na sweldo every 15th and 30th of the month.
.
Basta may pera..hala sige gastos.
.
The more na mas malayo ang napuntahan mo, the more na sikat ka.
